I always will remember Phyllis as a very friendly and helpful person. Whenever I met her she always had a nice smile for me. Phyllis will be missed a lot by her loving family and the community of Starbuck; especially, the Starbuck Trinity Lutheran Church community.. It was a very happy and appreciated surprise for my husband and myself when Phyllis and her husband Bill continued to visit us after our move to Winnipeg. Sleep in Peace Phyllis. - Posted by: Helga Guenther (Friend) on: May 13, 2017
