Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryADOLPH BOYKO July 24, 1934 - May 8, 2017 It is with great sadness we announce that Adolph passed away peacefully on May 8, 2017. Adolph was predeceased by his first wife Adeline. Mourning his loss are his children: Fred, Charlotte (Wayne), Leonard, Sylvia (Bruce), and his wife Hanna Rexer. Also grieving are: stepsons Ronald (Peggy), Robert (Nicole); grandchildren Jamie (Jason), Shawna (Murray), Paige, and Devon; step-grandchildren Curtis, David, Chad (Arielle), Ronald Jr. (Patience), Ruby, Ryan, Noah, and Sara; great-grandchildren Riley, Jaxon, Chace, and Khloe; step-great-grandchildren Zachary, and Abigail. Adolph had a large family, also mourning are his brothers and sisters: Helen, Mary, Evelyn (Nick), Verna (Clarence), Jeannie (Bryan), Steven (Ellen), and numerous nephews and nieces. Adolph was born and raised in Oakbank, Manitoba, later moving to Winnipeg where he worked a variety of jobs until starting a career with CN Rail where he worked for the next 32 years. Adolph met and married Adeline Rudniski in 1956 and they raised four children. Adolph's passions were fixing automobiles and gardening; when he wasn't busy hoeing the weeds, he would be in the garage fixing cars for friends and family. Once Adolph retired he and Adeline would travel to Florida for the warmth of the winters there. In 2010, after 54 years of marriage, Adolph sadly said goodbye as Adeline was claimed by illness, Adolph married Hanna Rexer on October 9, 2015. He formed a close relationship with Hanna's son Ron Sr. and his son Ron Jr. He helped them build their cottage at Lake Manitoba Narrows where they would enjoy barbeques and time along the water on the weekends. Honouring Adolph's wishes there will be no funeral service. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of St. Boniface Hospital Izzy Asper Institute for all their support and compassion. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba. Rest in peace "Johnny"

Adolph had been our neighbor for about 10-12 years. A neighbor like Adolph don't exist anymore. His generosity, friendship and jokes will be missed more than words can say. Adolph would come over with fresh vegetables from his garden. Corn especially. Or whatever he had. Adolph was my mentor when it came to gardening. Each summer Adolph would babysit our cat whenever we went to the cottage & watered all our plants. We didn't even ask him he just did it. Adolph we will always remember you, miss our chats in the back yard, calling Mac "Curly" and most of all seeing you in your garden. Rest In Peace My Friend Iris & Mac - Posted by: Iris & Mac (Neighbor ) on: May 13, 2017
