MITRED ARCHPRIEST HENRY LAKUSTA May 6, 1950 - May 9, 2017 It is with great sadness that we announce the eternal repose of Archpriest Henry Lakusta at the age of 67. Fr. Henry will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Audrey (Chubey); daughters: Tammy (Randy) Grieman, Angeline Lakusta, and Rachel (Jeff) Smith, all of Winnipeg; five grandchildren: Emily, Adam, Maxwell, Xander and Aubrey; brother Rt. Rev. Protopresbyter Victor (Marusia); sister Iris, and numerous nephews, nieces and extended family members. He was predeceased by parents, John and Eva Lakusta, and sister Violet Logozar. The Rite of Burial of a Priest will be celebrated at St. Ivan Suchavsky Cathedral (939 Main St., Winnipeg) on Monday, May 15, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. and The Hierarchical Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 16 at 9:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens.
