ESTHER RICHTER (BERNDT) Esther, at the age of 97, passed peacefully in the hands of special friends and family at the Selkirk Tudor Personal Care Home May 7, 2017. She is survived by her sister Nora (Glenn) Wiens, her children: Harold (Shirley) Richter, Edna Meisner, Lorna (Herb) Doberstein, Norma (Ray) Johnson, Carmen (Tim) Tarrant, and precious grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. No formal funeral services will be held. Esther will rest in the Balmoral-Victoria Cemetery. Her love will remain with us forever.
