He had a long battle with Alzheimer's disease, but no matter what, his smile could light up a room. That was if he hadn't already told one of his famous one liners! Our Grandfather was an amazing character and was the inspiration for the term "Smith gene". It runs strong in the family (especially ours). But this way, we always know we'll have a little bit of Grandpa with us forever. Whether it be coin collections, car parts, or even twigs, there will always be things to remind us of our grandfather every day, even after five years. Gone, but never forgotten Grandpa. Love you forever. Your grandchildren, Taylor and Jordon.
