Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKATHE (KAY) BANMANN March 14, 1925 - May 24, 2017 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and Oma on May 24, 2017. Kay was predeceased by her loving husband John (2006) and 10 siblings. She will be greatly missed by her three sons, Sig (Angie), John (Laurie), and David (Leslie). She also leaves to mourn the loves of her life, her 12 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren. Two words describe her best, PURE LOVE. She was a gentle soul and the matriarch to our family. The family would like to thank the nursing staff at Concordia Hospital for their kind and compassionate care. Out of respect and to fulfill her final wishes, a private family celebration will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Kay's memory can be made to Mennonite Central Committee or the Alzheimer Society. The best gift a mother can leave her family is her gift of loving memories.
