CASSIE KITH Cassie Kith passed away peacefully on May 19, 2017, at the Grace Hospice, at the age of 91 years. Cassie was predeceased by her husband, Michael in 2016. She is survived by her brother Leonard and extended family as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Born in 1925 in Poland, Cassie immigrated to Canada with her family when she was a child. She met Michael in Winnipeg where they married and bought their home. They shared many happy times together in their long 73-year marriage. Cassie was a dedicated homemaker and perfected every task she did whether it was cooking, baking, sewing, gardening or cleaning. For the latter part of her years, she resided at Concordia Village where she made many friends. A special thank you to the wonderful staff at the Grace Hospice who gave exceptional care to Cassie and made her stay feel like home.
