Condolences & Memories (5 entries)
Dr. Caplan offered me a job and to share partnership with him and Dr. Decter....a real honor even BEFORE I finished. I enjoyed working with him and he was an excellent teacher. Once you got to know him it was a joy talking to him and/or sharing cases/experiences. We shared call together years later as we took him on staff at Seven Oaks. It was a pleasure working with him as he continued pursuing education EVEN after he retired obtaining another degree!!! He always had a nice smile....I'll miss Barry..........DR J - Posted by: Dr M Jason (Trainee/co-worker!) on: Jul 20, 2017

Knew Barry and family as neighbours approx. 20 years ago. Friendly, gentle man who was much better known for his surgical than for his handyman skills. He and my Dad would swap stories a lot as my dad would help him with small household repairs. Rest in peace Barry. - Posted by: Diann Magnus (nee Wootton) (Former neighbour) on: Jun 06, 2017
