I met Michael 6 years ago when I was working at Tim Hortons on Regent across from the casino. George and him were regulars. I remember he would always tap me with his cane to get my attention, and tell me stories of his bootlegging days or how he would go after the girls. He would talk about dancing and how if he was younger he would dance with me. Not long after that I found out my dad and George grew up together and they got back in touch. After leaving Tim Hortons I still continued to visit and have coffee with them. Michael was like a young man stuck in an old mans body.
