ROXANNE BLOWERS August 20, 1952 - May 17, 2017 Your love and kindness was known to all who knew you. Neighbors, clients and friends. The time you spent in the service industry, and as a special needs foster mom, as well as a pet groomer, demonstrated your love and respect for all. We all miss you dearly and hope you have joined your mom and dad, and your very cherished special needs child, Cassandra. Rest in peace Roxanne. Till we meet again. Your many loving friends.

Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • We will miss Roxanne very much. She regularly groomed our little dog, and recently boarded her in her home when we made a trip overseas. Our dog was very sad at the time and reluctant to eat. Roxanne went above and beyond the call of duty, shopped for special food and cooked it up specially. She told me that she fed her by hand while sitting with her on the couch, because that's the only way she could get her to eat. In spite of the difficulties she had with our spoiled pup, she told us that she'd be happy to do it again on our next trip. She also always took the time to chat with me, and over the years I got to know her very well. I looked forward to our visits. She had a very kind heart, and her kindness extended to all her customers...canine, feline and human. I considered her a friend and her passing will leave a gap in our lives. Our condolences to her family. - Posted by: Lorraine and Joern Muenster, Emma (Client) on: Aug 11, 2017

  • Roxanne took care of our LaFonda for the last 9 years. Our dog would clamor to get into her house as if it was a second home. I think that it was. Roxanne made everyone feel at home. Her positive spirit was a force to be experienced and I would frequently stay and chat for a while when picking up our dog again. Always taking on and caring for dogs with special needs and dispensing advice on how to best care for our own. We miss her and will never forget her. - Posted by: Alexander Sawatsky (Friend) on: Jun 28, 2017

  • Roxanne was groomer for our family's pets for many years. She was wonderful with our dog Jersey. When Jersey was ill and could not be around other dogs, Roxanne made special arrangements one afternoon to groom her and her alone. We always enjoyed chatting with Roxanne; she was so easy to talk to. We admired her gardening projects. Her kind and gentle spirit will be missed. • Roxanne was my dog groomer for about 8 years. She was genuinely a friend to all dogs, very patient, as my dog, Parker would tell you if he could talk. So easy to be friends with Roxanne with her welcoming smile and gentle nature. She was very helpful with any pet concerns. We also had gardening in common as Roxanne always had a yard project on the go, and a few years ago, both of us had the best heirloom tomatoes ever. Parker, Benson, and I miss you, Roxanne. Rest in Peace, you were a lovely person. - Posted by: Darlene Karp (friend) on: Jun 17, 2017
