Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • Condolences to Bill's family, We will miss our good friend especially the hour long phone calls beginning with Bill saying "ok, give me the dirt". We cherish our memories of Bills return visits to Elm Creek, what good times. We had the most amazing week long visit with Bill and Brenda a few years ago, we loved his new home on the mountain. You are forever in our hearts. - Posted by: Bryan and Janice McIntyre (Friends) on: Jun 20, 2017

  • I have many memories of Bill ranging from seeing him for the first time in elementary school, the first kid to have a tuque that was two feet long, selling me mojos he brought to school from his parents store, having many play fights that he always won, riding our motorcycles for hours in the Layland hills, reupholstering the TR6 a couple of times, several memorable road trips, and many other thoughts that just make me smile. Your time on this planet was much too short, but the memories will last forever.Good bye friend - Posted by: Ed Stangl (life long friend) on: Jun 18, 2017

  • Bill was a true, great friend. He loved adventures, & was a very hardworking man, in anything he set his mind to do! Bill had an incredible sense of humor! Years ago, when we took our three children out to BC for a visit, he opened his home to five extra guests! We have great memories from the couple of years when he came and helped us out at harvest. So much fun! We were so very fortunate to receive an hour long phone call from Bill about a month ago! We will miss you Bill! - Posted by: Jack + Sherry Ryrie (Friend) on: Jun 17, 2017
