Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGE (BUD) WILLIAM HAACK September 30, 1936 - June 13, 2017 In the early hours of Tuesday, June 13, 2017, George (Bud) passed away peacefully in his sleep. Left to mourn his passing are his brother Ralph (Mary) Haack in Keremeous, BC, along with many other family and friends. George grew up in Transcona and loved spending time at his cottage at Caddy Lake in the Whiteshell Provincial Park. All of his working career was spent at MTS, and as a young man, he played in a dance band. His music love was jazz and big band....his cd collection was second to none. After retirement, George moved out of the city, and for the past 20 years has lived in Paradise Village, east of Winnipeg. At George's request, there will be a private interment only.
