Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDAVE SAMUEL FENN April 23, 1952 - July 1, 2017 The family is deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of Dave, at the Health Sciences Centre, on July 1. Dave is survived by his loving wife Bev; son Chris (Jade); daughters, Elise (Chris) and Meghan (Chris); grandchildren, Kaylee, Kiernan, Emily, William and Phillip; mother-in-law Alison Berry; sisters, Ruth (Brian) and Barbara (Roger); brother George (Pam) and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Dave was born in Winnipeg and graduated from Sisler High School. Soon after he met and fell in love with Bev and they were married in 1974 and have enjoyed 46 years of companionship. Known to many as 'Uncle Dave', because of his easygoing, playful and caring nature; Dave loved spending time with his family, playing with his grandchildren and volunteering at Northwood Community Centre. Dave was an accomplished carpenter and a 'Jack of all trades' who was always willing to lend a helping hand. Dave's family is grateful to the doctors and staff at Health Sciences Centre GA-4 for their comforting care. A casual Celebration of Life for Dave, will be held at Northwood Community Centre,1415 Burrows Ave. from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 8. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Northwood Community Centre, in honour of Dave Fenn.
