I did some brush cutting for Carl at his farm in Sandy Hook, during the winter of 1960. We stayed with Carl for a few days while we got the D8 tractor and brush cutter set up for work. Carl and Emily were very kind to us (Carl Jensen and I), and we enjoyed many fine meals with them. Sincere thanks you both, and may you rest in peace. - Posted by: Maurice Catellier (Friend .) on: Aug 23, 2022

Carl proved to be a good friend not just in words but in actions He understood the basic tenants of being and conducting oneself as an honourable man! I knew both his wives to be loving caring and sharing women and he felt both losses deeply We shared and comforted each other's heartfelt concerns, to Passover abuses and transgressions of others He was a hard working man and an honest one! Friends like that are few and far between Your name is written in the book of life God holds meriting a resurection in paradise! - Posted by: Carey Hartig (Friend ) on: May 10, 2020

Carl and me go way back. We started Winnipeg Beach Kingdom Hall with monies from our own pocket. He said one day, Stanny, lets build a Kingdom Hall! I said would Jehovah like it? He laughed and said sure he can be our witness ah ha ha he he haaaaa. Carl sure had great humor. We worked hard to build that church from the floor up. Too many bank loans says Betty Ann but we know. The Congregation is so proud we made it and now they have a hall they can brag about. Anyways, I miss ya Old Badger nose. You were a real good guy when we went for beers with Lyle to Roadhouse Bar. Our wives were not looking lol. Good thing nobody from Kingdom Hall saw us, man oh man. - Posted by: Stanley and Betty Ann Artyshko (Friend ) on: Aug 28, 2018
