Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKEITH ANDREW RAMCHANDAR It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our son and kid-brother, Keith Ramchandar, on May 26, 2017, in Vancouver. A celebration of his life was held at Vancouver Pan Pacific Hotel on June 7, 2017. A Memorial Service is being held at United Church in Meadowood, 1111 Dakota St., Winnipeg (St. Vital) at 2.00 p.m. on July 8, 2017. (Keith enjoyed Folk Festival). In lieu of flowers, please send donations to David Suzuki Foundation or the Greater Vancouver Foodbank Society.
