Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Myrna was my supervisor for about a year when I first started at Central Pacific Bank in September of 1986. Although I did stay at the bank for 11 more years I had changed departments but would still run into her every now and then. She came across as stern at first but soon I found out she was actually very warm and friendly and I did miss talking to her and working with her. She always had a special place in my heart although I haven't thought about her in years. Last night July 28-29 I dreamed we went to lunch. She was still my supervisor and walked ahead of me down the hallway. I don't really recall what we talked about over lunch but she did give me a ride home. (I've never known her to drive). The only thing I remember her saying was that she was married. "How long?" I asked. She said 10 years. I thought the dream was odd so I "googled" her name and found her obituary. I believe she came to me in my dream to say goodbye for now. My condolences to her family. I am always sorry for loved ones left behind but thrilled and excited for the ones who leave earth. - Posted by: Madge Nicolas (Co-worker) on: Jul 30, 2017

  • To all the family I want to express my deepest sympathy for your loss of a dear sister. I am so happy that I had a few visits with Myrna these past few years and had such a lovely evening with our other cousin Lesley last year June. May God Bless you all and give you peace at this sad time. - Posted by: Barbara Baxter (cousin ) on: Jul 13, 2017
