MYLES (BAILEY) MARSHALL Tragically on July 7, 2017, our son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend, Bailey Marshall, was suddenly taken from us. He was predeceased by his great-grandparents, John and Verlie Bailey, cousin Danny Brown, great-grandfather James Smith, grandpa David Dunning, uncle Lazar, uncle Keith Little and cousin Keith Jr.; some close friends that went before him include his friend Andrew. Left to mourn our precious Bailey, are his mother whom he also considered his best friend and confidant, Sasha Marshall, his baby brother Adam who called Bailey "his hero", stepdad Shane Jolicoeur, stepsister Shay-Ann, his step-grandparents, Al and Bev Jolicoeur, stepaunt Ashley Jolicoeur, his biological father Myles Marshall, his loving grandmother Gloria, grandfather Jim, his close uncles, Jimmy and Ryan, and cousins, Emily, Danielle, Ally, Myah and Shea; special close family members to mention are Victoria, Joy, Shannon and Roland "Buddy". Bailey has also left behind "his bros", Brody, whom he has loved and spent many hours since childhood together with, also his close friend Dillon and forever loved Alexis. Bailey has been a blessing in the lives of many, many family members and a loved friend to all those who had the opportunity to get to know him. We will never forget your warm tight hugs, relentless teasing and that look in your eyes when you succeeded at making everyone laugh with your twisted sense of humour. We will carry you in our hearts, our memories and thoughts till we meet again. We love you Bailey Marshall! Prayers and viewing will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel located at 724 Selkirk Ave. The Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 14, 2017 at First Nations Community Church located at 44 Tentler St. Reception at this location. In lieu of flowers, donations can made via the GoFundMe "In Loving Memory of Bailey."

  • I am so very sorry for your loss. Bailey was a spunky, intense and intelligent soul. He had a sparkle in his eye, and strived to do his best. I was unable to attend the service but know his memory lives on as does his love for live through his friends (my former students) who consider him a brother.
