Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Sending my condolences to the family of Alice. She was a very nice kind person. My experience with Alice is that I had worked with her on Geriatrics at Health Science Centre in Winnipeg. She was very good with helping and understanding our older clients on the ward. She had that special touch with them. She also had a wonderful sense of humour. In spite of being a very hard worker we also managed to have a lot of fun at work or when out at staff get togethers. Prayers and thoughts are with you all at this difficult time. • My heartfelt condolences over the passing of a wonderful woman and a great friend to me. I have so many fond memories of times spent together in Winnipeg and at the cottage at Winnipeg Beach. Ala, as I always called her, was a charming, gracious hostess, spectacular cook, and a delight to spend time with. She was feisty and determined and an inspiration to many who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be lovingly remembered and sorely missed. With love and gratitude for having known such a fine person, Mary, Bruce and Liz Williams - Posted by: Mary Williams (Family Friend) on: Jul 15, 2017
