GURDEV KAUR Gurdev Kaur peacefully passed away on July 24, 2017 at the age of 78. She was the wife of late Parkash Singh Bansal, and was predeceased by her parents, Sadhu Singh Rehal and Darshan Kaur, and brother Gurmit Rehal. She will lovingly be remembered by her sons, Gurmail and Surinder Bansal; daughters-in-law, Gurmeet and Jaspal Bansal; and grandchildren, Pardeep, Onkar, Mandeep, Ravinder, Amreet and Anmol. She will also be greatly missed by her brother Rajinder Singh Rehal; sisters, Harbans and Balbir Kaur; and all family and friends. Gurdev Kaur was born October 10, 1938 in the village of Rurka Kallan Punjab, India. She was a hardworking lady who was also very dedicated to the gurdwara (temple). She absolutely adored her family, especially her six great-grandchildren, and always put everyone first. We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to the doctors, nurses and all staff at St. Boniface Hospital for their help and support. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at Thomson in the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd., followed by a service at Darmesh Darbar Gurdwara, 566 Archibald St.
