GEORGE WEBSTER It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of George Webster on Friday, July 28, 2017. George was predeceased by his wife, Rose Webster (nee Killah), and his son, Andrew Webster. He will be lovingly remembered by sons, George Jr. and Bill, grandchildren, Travis, Kaitlyn and Breanne, siblings, Margaret, Bob and Catherine, sister-in-law, Anna and her husband Ron, and everyone's family members. George was an avid soccer fan who enjoyed watching his favourite teams. He was a lifelong fan of Hearts F.C. and Manchester United. After living in Winnipeg for almost 50 years George also became an avid Winnipeg Jets fan. He will be sorely missed by his many friends. In accordance with George's wishes, a private family graveside service will be held at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of George to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba. Family wish to thank Dr. Caners, staff of the Concordia Hospital, and Joan for their loving care and support.
