Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGE ANDERSON MORTON 74036 Cadet George Anderson Morton, joined the Royal Flying Corps in June 1917 at the age of 21. He was killed as a result of "Aeroplane Accident" at RFC Station Camp Mohawk, near Deseronto, Ontario, on 11 August 1917. He is buried in Elmwood Cemetery, Winnipeg. George worked as a grain merchant and was the son of Thomas and Mary Anderson Morton of Grande Point MB. Known surviving relatives include Tim Hinds of Linwood, NS, Leslie (Morton) Kastrau of Ancaster, ON, Rand Morton of Calgary, AB, Jill (Morton) Jager of Calgary, AB and Shirley Morton of Calgary, AB.
