Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLARRY JOHN ELIAS December 5, 1947 - August 20, 2017 It is with deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Larry Elias, who is survived by his wife, Linda Elias, his two sons Aaron Elias and Jason Elias, and his daughter Jennifer. Larry was predeceased by his oldest son Christofer Elias in 1997, and later by his two parents, Mary and John Elias. He is also survived by grandchildren Tayja and Samatha Elias, Joy Ann Sternat, and Sarah Lagimodiere, as well as his two sisters, Debbie Elias and Marsha Elias, both of whom live in British Columbia. Larry was an avid autobody repair man, greatly enjoyed working the land and fishing. Larry enjoyed his contact with his children and taught them many useful skills. He was also an active neighbour and enjoyed his connection with his neighbours and friends in Narol, Manitoba. His sons and their friends were known as the Narol boys and have maintained that contact throughout the years. Larry will be well remembered by both family and friends. The family is united in its desire to thank all the friends and staff at the Donwood Manor Personal Care Home for the good care provided to Larry for the years that he lived there. It has been much appreciated. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 3:00 p.m., at Friends Funeral Service, 2146 Main St., Winnipeg, (204) 339-5555, email: info@friendsfs.ca
