Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNORMAN JOSEPH PRICE Sadly, on August 29, 2017, our much loved husband, father, brother, uncle and friend, Norm passed away; his wife and children were by his side. Norm was born and raised in Winnipeg; he grew up playing baseball and curling and continued these passions into his adult life. He worked at MTS for many years and finished his career with Unisource. Norm's greatest joy was his family; he was a constant support and even put up with coaching his kids' soccer teams for many seasons. He also loved the outdoors; whether it was camping, going to the lake, grilling in the backyard, or watching the stars. Norm was predeceased by his father Joseph, mother Mary, and Ed. Norm's love and humour will be missed by his wife Kathryn (nee Dyma), daughter Dayna, son Jaryd, siblings Jodey (Dave), Narda (Michael), Gaye (Joey), Catherine (Billy), Lori (Ron) and Bill, and lifelong friend Bruce, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. We would like to thank the staff at Grace Hospital for their kind care and support. Please join us any time after 4:30 p.m on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at Woodhaven Community Club as we gather to celebrate and remember Norm. I am so deeply saddened and sorry to hear of Norm's passing . So many heartfelt memories with him, Don and Dave Wardell, Keith and Cary May, and Bruce Baxter. My deepest sympathies to you Kathy, Dayna, Jaryd also to his sisters, his brother and their families . I will always remember him as a true friend . He will be missed by so many. I was a childhood friend of Norm's daughter, Dayna. Dayna and I spent every day with each other during summer holidays in middle school. My fondest memories of Norm were of him greeting me at the back door with his goofy grin and sarcastic sense of humor when I came to visit Dayna. I remember how much Norm supported Dayna through her teenage years, and thinking "what an awesome dad." So sorry to hear of the sad news of Norman's untimely passing. We have been a part of many Price get togethers and have so enjoyed being part of this wonderful family for years.
