I met Helen when she & her husband moved in to Fred Douglas Place. I immediately liked them. Helen projected a feeling of peace & serenity to those around her. She was a strong, courageous woman that had faced many hardships in her life. I did not see her a lot after her husband died but whenever I did we always had a chat.
