We are so sorry for your loss! Lis was my mum's best friend and mum was very sad to hear of her passing. She wanted me to let you know she is thinking of you all now and sending her prayers. Due to health reasons of her own she was not able to get to Winnipeg to visit with Lis the last couple of years but they chatted often on the phone. When my mum moved to Nova Scotia Lis was like a second mother to me. We visited often and had many chats. Lis and Iver taught me how to play Dominos. I will cherish those memories always. She always spoke very fondly of her children and grand children. She was very proud of you all! - Posted by: Melinda Sasek (Friend) on: Sep 13, 2017
