ETHEL KARR After a long and full life, Ethel Karr passed away peacefully at the Simkin Centre on Monday, September 25, 2017. Born on May 29, 1912 to parents, Isaac and Rose Gottlieb, Ethel was predeceased by her brother Isadore Gottlieb, sister Josephine Green and beloved husband Joseph Karr. Ethel will be missed and fondly remembered as a feisty lady by her nieces and nephews. Thanks to the staff of the Simkin Centre, Weinberg 3 and her special caregiver Debbie for their compassion and devotion. A graveside service was held at Rosh Pina Memorial Park on Wednesday, September 27. Donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
