Gladys is survived by son Andrew Webb of Portage La Prairie, son Reginald Webb Jr. and Susan of Winnipeg, daughter Geraldine Webb-Young and Bernie Young of Regina, sister Christine and Ross McKercher of Lloydminister, and brother-in-law Gerald (Bud) Wintle of Dryden, Ontario. She will be missed by grandchildren, Andrea and Richard Macedo, Cory and Darren Storm, Jeffrey and Amy Webb, Michael Fleischhaker and fiancée Laura Gardner, Daniel and Kim Fleischhaker, Brienne and Ryan Bennett, and Ryan Young, her great-granddaughters Kate and Lauren (Cory and Darren), Isla and Elin (Jeff and Amy), and great-grandson Charlie (Daniel and Kim). Gladys was predeceased by her husband Reginald Sr. in March 2010. Gladys was born in Dinsmore, Saskatchewan and raised in Lloydminster. She was of Scottish decent and took great pride in her heritage. Gladys enlisted with the Royal Canadian Air Force during the Second World War. It was there she met Reginald and they married in 1947. Family was of the utmost importance to her and she cherished every moment and member of the family, never forgetting a birthday, anniversary, or other special event. Outside her family life she enjoyed employment with Trans Canada Airlines (TCA) in Winnipeg, Grace Hospital, Winnipeg, and Health and Welfare Canada, Churchill. She also had a long-standing membership with The Order of The Eastern Star and valued the resulting friendships and associations. Mom was always an active person, from track and field as a child to badminton, speed-skating, and five pin bowling, until she could no longer physically participate. Mom was never one to complain. She took every day and situation as it came, with a philosophy of be thankful for what we have and don't waste time on that which we cannot change. She will remain in our hearts and memories forever. Cremation has taken place and at Gladys' request there will be no formal funeral. A family graveside service will be held prior to her remains' interment with Reginald Sr. Gifts in memory may be made to CNIB (cnib.ca) directed to research. The family wishes to give special thanks to the Gardiner Point Care Home in Regina for their excellent care and attention during Mom's residency. When death's dark stream I ferry o'er, A time that surely shall come; In Heaven itself, I'll ask no more, Than just a Highland welcome. Robert Burns
