He was born in Winnipeg to Merina Millie Chartrand of Oak Point, MB and Ray Merlin of Halifax, NS. Mike enjoyed travelling, had a great sense of humour and a happy nature. Mike is missed by his mom Merina; stepfather Jesse; brothers Raymond and Nelson; sisters Meranda and Ramona; his loving family, and many, many friends. Funeral Service at 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Glenhaven Memorial Chapel, 1835 E Hastings St., Vancouver, on Tuesday, October 3, 2017. Please send condolences via the virtual Guest Book at legacy.com
