ROGER LLOYD CARTER Peacefully, and surrounded by his loving wife Gail and family, Roger Lloyd Carter passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at Grace Hospital. Full obituary to follow. A private ceremony in his memory is planned. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation or the Winnipeg Humane Society.

So sorry for your loss Gail. Roger was a wonderful man and I truly enjoyed when he stopped by my office to chat when he was bringing you a Tim's coffee at Birchwood.
