He is survived by his wife Wilna; sons, Gerhard (Kathleen), John (Anne), Art; granddaughters, Minna and Emma, and his beloved great-granddaughter Liana. He also leaves his uncle Eike (Kaarina) and cousin Sigrid Westfall of Hamburg. He was predeceased by his father Gerhard, mother Minna and brother Volker of Hamburg. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:30 p.m., December 16 at 1630 Henderson Hwy.
