Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBERNICE SADLER (nee PENNY) January 27, 1924 - October 29, 2017 Born in Virden, MB, Bernice passed away peacefully in Morris, MB. She is survived by son Rick (Brenda) and daughter Janelle (Bob Donnelly); grandchildren, Ian (Amanda), Leanne (Todd) Thompson, Brent (Lauren), Trever (Cheryl) and great-grandchildren, Leif, Reid, Anna, Luke, Brenna, Cole, Amy, Gretchen and Etta as well as sister-law Lilian Allen and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Samuel Jay Sadler; parents, Ed and Edith (Beach) Penny; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary (Cecil) Nichol, Marjory (Wattie) Smith, Daphne (Lorne) Heaman, Louise (Chester) Way, Norma (Bill Tapp), Lyman (Cicely) Sadler, Jack (Isobel) Simpson, brother-in-law Grenville Allen and infant brother William. The family would like to thank the staff and volunteers of Emerson Personal Care Home, the Morris Hospital and Dr. Basta for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimers Society or a charity of your choice. Hi Rick and Janelle, Chris and I are so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. It is never easy to lose a parent. I remember many a summer in Emerson with your Mom and Dad keeping and eye on us when we stayed with Grandma. Bunny always had a smile on here face and cookies in the kitchen.
