Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROBERT ANDREW SPEARMAN Robert Andrew Spearman passed away November 9, 2017, at the Maples Personal Care Home in Winnipeg, at the age of 91. He was predeceased by his wife of over 60 years, Isabel, and is survived by his son Terry; daughter-in-law Janet; grandchildren Scott and Heather. He retired after a long career with Canadian Pacific and was a proud veteran of the Second World War. A casual memorial service will be held Friday, November 17, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Dear Terry, Janet and family: We were so very sorry to hear about your dad's passing. Bob fought for his country and poignantly, left you on Remembrance Day. How fitting that was. Bob was one great guy! So happy we had the visit with him this past June 27, in the Peg, albeit it was bittersweet given that it immediately followed the burial and luncheon of our beloved "Daddy Ross" Sowak, whom we miss terribly. Ross loved your dad and your mom. We will always cherish the many years of fun times in Arizona with your folks, enjoying card marathons, your mom's good cooking, visits with your mom and cousin Mary, and that lovely warm weather!
