Elsie is survived by her daughter Judi (Clair); sons Douglas (Linda) and Gordon (Darla); grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters Vera and Laurel; along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Bernie (2015); mother Edith; father Jacob; brothers George and Dave; sisters Adeline and Wally; and nephew Bernie. Mom was a beautiful, loving and caring person. She loved to play bingo. Mom and Dad went out dancing every Saturday night. The best times were our Christmas Eve parties with all the family and our outings to Dad's farm every Sunday. She always looked beautiful and will be greatly missed everywhere she went. As per her wishes there will be no formal funeral. "Our loving Mom, may you rest in peace. God is with you." www.voyagefuneralhomes.com

My sympathies for your loss, I will always remember my Auntie Elsie as a vibrant, beautiful woman with a smile that could light up a room. New Year's parties every year are some of my best childhood memories. God Bless, Keris - Posted by: Keris Dick (Neice) on: Nov 22, 2017

Judi, Doug, Gord & their families, Vera and Laurel: On behalf of my brother, Andy and myself, Sue, we wish to offer all of you our deepest, most sincere condolences on the passing your Mom. Since the passing of our parents, Stan & Min and sister Brenda; Andy and myself have chatted many many about the happy, fun years we had growing up in the 'hood'. That little water clogged back lane only separated your home from ours. What great fun we had! Your Mom will always be remembered in all of our hearts as a loving, caring, beautiful lady who always had a friendly smile and loved to chat about family life. Happy thoughts and hugs go each and every one of you. Sue Lambert (nee Trybell) - Posted by: Sue Lambert (nee Trybell) (Friend) on: Nov 20, 2017
