  • My prayers are with your family at this time. May your Dad rest in peace. I have known your Dad for a number of years through going to 303 to play whist on Wed. nights. At one time he would play cards with us. I know that while your Mom was in Tache, he would spend a lot of time there. - Posted by: Margaret Martin (Acquaintence) on: Nov 25, 2017

  • OHHH so many good times were had by everyone when Cliff and Dorathy were around.. When we lived in Winnipeg we visited so often on a street off Marion behind Norwood Hotel and they lived with an elderly fella that I cannot remember the name but that fella would tell Cliff every winter morning "be careful Clifford it looks slippery out there". The other great friends that were involved at that time were The Kaspricks and they loved Rene's music and a few refreshments.. along with Uncle Maurice and auntie Lorraine. Cliff would love to make us home made Mennonite noodles....mmmm were they good but so much work that Dorathy did not mind cleaning up afterwards. Brian and Kathy we could go on forever about the good times. That is what we are going to keep reminding ourselves when we think of them because it is too sad to think that they have left us.. But really they are now all together and sure hope they keep us a spot up there in heaven. We will say some masses for him here in Mariapolis. We are going to try make it for the celebration but evening for us old folks is not the easiest to make from so far. We will take it one day at a time and check the weather. Take care .... - Posted by: Rene & Elsie hacault (cousins and good friend) on: Nov 25, 2017

  • Cliff and I grew up together since birth. We always sat together at our little church. We lost touch when we graduated from school. Our parents were the best of friends. We will meet again very soon. - Posted by: Rod Thiessen (childhood friend) on: Nov 25, 2017
