Mom Wegert was the best Grandmother, she was very loving to Kris and Ian. She was a fabulous baker. On Sunday, she always had a beautiful torte be it Lemon or a decadent Black Forest cut in generous servings. Her delicious Christmas cookies would mysteriously disappear from the freezer, Soon a new container would be replacing the empty one. When the grand children were all in Winnipeg, both grandparents were extremely happy. They loved all their grand children with their whole hearts . My heart may feel empty but I am filled with warm memories of a very loving lady. - Posted by: Gail Robertson (Mother of Kris and Ian Wegert) on: Nov 29, 2017
