Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOYCE EDITH MOORE (née CLEMENTS) April 2, 1934 - November 29, 2017 Surrounded by family in her final hours, Joyce Moore, of Winnipeg, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 29. She was predeceased by her infant son Timmy, parents, Edith and Samuel Clements, sisters Dora Smith and Fay Pease, brother-in-law Ernie Smith, and son-in-law Terry Dyck. Left to cherish her memory are her children Debbie Moore (Jim Petsnik), Tracy Dyck, Daniel, Bill (Shelley) and Maureen Moore; grandchildren Samantha Dyck (Geoff McMaster), Tyler Dyck (Sareh Puetz), Corey Petsnik (Avery) and Brendan Moore, as well as sisters Jean Scaife (Allan), Kathy Hancox (El), brother-in-law, Allen Pease, and numerous nieces and nephews. Joyce had many creative interests and passions throughout her life, including dancing, pottery, clay sculpting and needlework. She was a talented craftsperson, creating Christmas collectibles which she regularly sold at craft sales. She was an accomplished seamstress tailoring attire ranging from costumes to custom made clothing. She loved to read and collected quotes and poems, and had a keen interest in psychology and the interpretation of dreams. Joyce loved all the holidays, especially Halloween, Christmas and St. Patrick's Day (as the daughter of an Orangeman from Ballymena), and believed that all special occasions and milestones were meant to be celebrated fully. This included having the correct number of candles on her birthday cake even if it was a bonfire! Joyce's qualities of patience, kindness, compassion and generosity made her a natural caregiver, whether to her children and grandchildren or through her work. You are loved. You will be missed. You will be remembered. Cremation has taken place. A wake will be held, as well as a later graveside service at St. John's Cathedral Cemetery.

My Auntie Joyce wad a kind hearted, warm woman. I remember visiting many times throughout my childhood and having lots of fun with my cousins. My favorite and most recent memory was being invited to my Auntie Jeans surprise 80th(?)birthday party. At a time when life had taken me outside of the family unit, her act of inclusion reminded me of a family's love and acceptance. You are missed Auntie Joyce and greatly loved, Dinađź’• - Posted by: Dina woodland (hancox) (Niece) on: Dec 27, 2017
