ARTHUR NETZEL It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Arthur Netzel, on December 15, 2017, at the age of 98. Arthur passed away at the Concordia Hospital with his family by his side. The funeral service will be held on Friday, December 22, 2017, 10:00 a.m. at Klassen Funeral Home.
