RICHARD ARTHUR SEIER March 31, 1932 - December 19, 2017 Peacefully, surrounded by his family, Dr. Richard Arthur Seier (nee Desmarais) passed away. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. Longer obituary to follow.
