FRANK MACSYMETZ Suddenly, on January 4, 2018, Frank Macsymetz passed away at the age of 80 years. Frank was predeceased by Olga, his loving wife of 63 years. He is survived by his children: Jeanette Macsymetz (Richard), Russ Macsymetz (Clare) and Judy Birdsall (Grant), his grandchildren: Shannon Wasserman (Kfir), Courtney Burdenuk, Stephen Macsymetz and Kelsey Macsymetz; and his great-grandson Micah Sheldon. He is also survived by his sister Stella Hildebrand. Frank enjoyed the great outdoors; camping, hunting, fishing and his greatest joy, his garden. He especially enjoyed time with his family and good friends. A celebration of Frank's life will be held on Friday, January 12 at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. in West St. Paul, MB, Rev. Michael Kwiatkowski officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 10-120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2.
