DR. MOE LERNER The family sadly announces the passing of Dr. Moe Lerner on January 9, 2018. Funeral services will be held at noon on Friday, January 12, 2018 at the Chesed Shel Emes at 1023 Main St., Winnipeg, MB. Full obituary to follow.

Condolences to the family of Moe, who was my best friend and neighbour as a child in Winnipeg, also a medical school classmate. Growing up, Moe was always one step ahead of me, and I never caught up. I am sad to hear that my cousin Moe has passed. Growing up , I was always aware of his intelligence {he was much smarter than me} and he had a very good "wit" combined with a kind and caring personality. He was a very pleasant person. He was always close with his mother, my Aunty Pearl, and I suspect they are now sitting enjoying a nice cup of coffee together [and perhaps a smoke. LOL. RIP my cousin RIP.
