We lived on Cavalier Drive, one door from Ken and Kay, 1974-1977. Kay was a fill in Gramma for our son Jason. Kay would come over and I would do her hair, then have a cup of tea. She was a great neighbour, Ken and Kay were both wonderful to us. We moved to Toronto and then back to BC. We always stayed in touch, they came to visit us a few times. My condolences to the family. So sorry to hear of Kay's passing. My condolences to the family. She was a lovely lady and did an excellent job with the taxes. I worked with her at the H&R Block Eaton's Place (the old mail order building) location when I started in 1985. - Posted by: Carol Ranson (friend) on: Jan 17, 2018

So sorry to hear of Mrs. Bassett's passing. Both she and Mr. Bassett were such great friends to my mom and dad. I remember them square dancing, playing cards and many good times together. Sending our thoughts and prayers to the family in this sad time. RIP Kay. - Posted by: Gloria Beaudin (Thomaschewski) (Our parents were great family friends.) on: Jan 17, 2018
