The family will be hosting a Celebration of Life (Come and Go Gathering) on January 27, 2018 at the West Kildonan Legion #30, 1748 Main Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Jeremy was predeceased by his grandparents, Stephen and Gertrude Zacharko, Don and Pat Miles and his father Glen Miles. Jeremy is survived by his daughters, Brynn and Calen Miles, mother Stephanie Zacharko (Jim Donnelly), his brother Nick Miles (Rebekka), fiancée Shannon Worme and her son Dominique along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Salvation Army or a charity of your choice in remembrance of Jeremy.
