VIOLET ASTRID NEHER 1939 - 2018 On January 15, 2018, Vi passed away peacefully at Rosewood Lodge in Stonewall where she had been residing for the last few years. Left to mourn her loss are her husband Lloyd, of 42 years, stepchildren Lori Neher and Randy (Jane) Neher, sister Shirley McLeod, brothers-in-law Kelly (Bonnie) and Norman (Kay), sister-in-law Lorraine (John), numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was predeceased by her parents Andy and Henny Hagborg, and her only child, Rod McIntosh in 1975. Vi was born in Winnipeg on April 13, 1939 and grew up in Meadows on the family farm. Other than for a short period of time in Toronto, Vi lived and worked in Winnipeg. Vi started her career at Winnipeg Photo (now Life Touch) where she was employed until her retirement in 2004. Vi was an avid curler and also enjoyed gardening, golfing, playing cards with family and friends and spending time at their cottage in Minaki. The family would sincerely like to thank the doctors and staff at Rosewood Lodge and all those who helped her in any way. In accordance with Vi's wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.

VIOLET ASTRID NEHER It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, sister, aunt and friend, Violet Astrid Neher, peacefully on January 15, 2018, in Stonewall, Manitoba. In compliance with Vi's wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal funeral service will be held.
