She was such a lovely person. Very kind and caring. Will never forget her and Dr. Maniar. They were both amazing and so much caring when I first arrived to Winnipeg. May God bless her. May she rest in peace. - Posted by: Rubina Khan (Friend) on: Jul 22, 2020

Hi. I worked with your mum a long time ago at the children at the centre child care program at HSC. She was such a lovely woman who introduced me to curry powder! She brought me a sandwich bag of her own mix and proudly told me all of the ingredients. I have always kept that memory and when I eat Indian food I always a think of Veera. I was sad to see she has passed. My sincerest condolences to your family. - Posted by: Ruth Lindsey-armstrong (Past co-worker) on: Feb 07, 2018
