Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVERNON STEVEN DANYLUK February 3, 1963 - February 1, 2018 With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of our beloved son, brother and uncle, Vernon (Vern) Steven Danyluk at the age of 54. Predeceased by his father Arthur, and his beloved dog Scotty. Survived by his grieving and loving family: his mother June, siblings: Darlene (Ken), Gloria (Kevin), Gary (Sandra) and Arthur (Marie), as well as his goddaughter Jennifer, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Vern was born and raised in Transcona where he found his passion for music and performing. He played with many musicians and bands including the Bus Stop Boys and the Steven Striker Band just to name a few. Vern achieved his Class 1 drivers license and worked with many companies over his career. Vern's bright spirit would light up a room as he would often enter with a joke, and always had a story to make you laugh. His sense of humour, musical talent and passion, and his love for animals are just to name a few of the ways he will be missed and remembered by his family. A private service was held and Vern was laid to rest next to his father. Flowers are graciously declined, if you so wish, donations may be made in Vernon's name to an animal rescue shelter of your choosing. I Met Vernon at my cousin, Kurt Savinkoff’s Home in 1978. He just found his Voice and was Jamming (After seeing and Hearing Micheal Peculavich‘s Performance at a School performance, So He Told Me,). I was Re-Introduced when I moved Back from BC, in 1996, then I started playing music with him in 2001, He became my best friend till we Parted ABRUPTLY in 2017, still unanswered. Vernon was our long time neighbour. He was always willing to lend a helping hand. He would join us often on our evening dog walks. He always had a smile on his face and a funny story to tell. We will certainly miss his cheerful "Howdy neighbour". Rest in Peace Vernon! Love Cam, Lori & Madison - Posted by: Lori, Cam & Madison (Cousin/neighbour) on: Feb 12, 2018
