Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARGUERITE MARIE-ANNE LE DRESSAY (née LE NOUAIL) 1922 - 2018 On February 4, at Actionmarguerite Care Home, peacefully in the company of family. Marguerite was born in Parkman, SK, where she grew up on a farm. She married Jean-Marie (John) Le Dressay on June 7, 1947. They farmed in Kennedy, SK and then in Virden, MB before moving to Lorette, MB in 1956. In 1973, they moved to Winnipeg, where Marguerite spent the rest of her life. Marguerite was predeceased by her husband, John; grandson John Arthur Le Dressay; sister Marie; and brothers Régis, Joe and Marcel. She is survived by seven children: Emile (Lucy) of St. Norbert; Anne of Ottawa; John (Tracy) of Edmonton; Marie (Ralph Lipps) of Winnipeg; Alain (Maureen) of Lorette; Tony of Winnipeg, and Paul of Hamilton; sister-in-law Reine Le Dressay; brother-in-law Alain Lerminiaux; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. Family was the centre of her life. She will be fondly remembered for her sense of humour, her generous heart, and her butter tarts and cinnamon buns. The afghans and mittens she knitted will be cherished in her memory. The family wishes to extend thanks to the staff at Actionmarguerite for their excellent and compassionate care. Funeral at Holy Cross Parish, 252 Dubuc, February 17, 2018, 1:00 p.m.
