ALFRED MOORE After a brief illness, Alfred Moore passed away on February 11, 2018, at the age of 91. Alfred leaves behind his children Kathryn (Mark) George Moore, Rob (Debbie), Grant (Christina), and daughter-in-law Kathryn; his grandchildren Jennifer (Mike), Andrea (Nick), Lisa (Adam), Allison (Nick), Michael (Kira), Lindsay (Dan), Nick (Kasey), Jake, Alex, and Annika; great-grandchildren Ryker, Rowan, Reave, Jack, Isla, and Demi; as well as sister Joyce Kelunick. He was predeceased by his son Joel in 2010 and his beloved wife Esther in 2015. Alfred started working at Hilton Brothers/ Domtar Packaging on Wall Street in Winnipeg in the 1940s, until enlisting in the Canadian Army. After the war, he resumed working there, finally retiring in 1987. He then enjoyed a long retirement with Esther at their cottage at Grand Beach. A service for friends and family will be held at a later date.
