Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRONALD JAMES SAXTON Born in St. Catharines, ON on March 28, 1932. passed away peacefully at the age of 85, with Elaine, Cheryl and Leanne by his side, on Sunday, February 18, 2018. He is survived by his loving wife Elaine, daughters Michelle (Brent), Cheryl (Brian) and Leanne (Don), brothers Don and Larry, and grandchildren Jenna, Ryan, Breanne, Brittany (Stephen) and Jordan. He was predeceased by his wife Kay, brothers Bobby and Stan, and son Grant. "Jim" was the general supervisor of the G.M. Foundry in St. Catharine's and retired in 1994 after 32 years of service. Jim loved bowling, playing cards, fishing, golfing and telling stories to his grandchildren. Jim and Elaine spent many happy years at the cottage in Lakeshore Heights, MB. Jim was a kind, loving man who always had a smile for everyone. He will be missed by all who knew him. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Rosedale in St. Albert, AB. Donations may be made in Jim's memory to The Stollery Children's Hospital.
