JACK (FLATHEAD) THOMPSON "A life well lived, a heart well loved, a soul forever missed." Passed unexpectedly in Texas, February 22, 2018. A celebration of his life in Texas will be held at the Llano Grande Golf Course in Mercedes, Texas, on Thursday, March 1, 2018. A celebration of his life will be held later in Killarney, Manitoba sometime in the spring. Details will follow.

We’ve got some great videos from Countryfest of Jack playing the spoons, standing on his head drinking beer, teaching dancing and telling Doug Campbell about life in general.   • The old Bearcat will be surely missed. He brought smiles to everyone's face wherever he was. Either standing on his head drinking a bottle of beer or playing the spoons. We had great times together overseas and in Thompson at the golf course and the Burntwood Curling club.
