My condolences to all of the family. I have known Adeline for many years as a kind and loving friend. We spent a lovely afternoon together last fall, and I was shocked to hear this sad news only now as I returned from Arizona. I was saddened to learn of Adeline’s passing. My deepest sympathy to all the family in your loss. She was a wonderful lady, so gentle and kind, with a great sense of humour. I met Adeline quite a number of years ago through Dot Cockram. Dot and her husband had been long time friends of my parents and my grandparents. My grandparents had lived at Muir when the Cockrams ran the Muir store and the Granthams lived in the area as well. I first met the Granthams in Courts of St. James. It was as if I had known them all my life and we knew so many of the same people so always had lots to talk about. May many wonderful memories be of comfort now and in the days to come. Adeline will be greatly missed by you, her family. It was my privilege to have known Adeline and I will very much miss my visits with her.
